The Annual General Meeting of Motorcycling Western Australia (Inc) will be conducted on Monday 26 March 2018 commencing at 7.00pm. at the Motorcycling Western Australia office in Maylands.
There will be an election of office bearers 2018 followed by a general council meeting immediately afterwards. Refreshments will be served following the Council General meeting
While club delegates will be in attendance to vote in office bearers, the meeting is open to all members and is a chance to see how your association works. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask question of the board and administration of Motorcycling Western Australia.
Afterwards you are welcome to stay for some light refreshments and informally chat with other clubs’ members, board and staff.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
1. NOTICES OF MOTION
In accordance with the Motorcycling Western Australia Constitution, "notices of motion" for general business at the Annual General Meeting must be forwarded in
writing by the Secretary of an affiliated club and must be received by the Chief Executive Officer by close of business 26 February 2018.
"Notices of motion" will only be heard that relate to the matters contained or referred to in the Constitution, Rules, or Standing Orders, of the Association.
2. NOMINATIONS FOR DIRECTOR
Nominations for Director must be lodged in writing and received by the CEO by close of business 26 February 2018. All nominees must be seconded by a delegate of the Council. Note new constitutional requirements:
For 2018, Council will elect two Directors for a three year term and one for a 1 year term to replace a retired director.
The President and Vice President will be elected by the Board at their first board meeting.
3. NOMINATIONS FOR PANELS
Nominations for Sporting Panels will be made direct to the Motorcycling WA board. A list of prospective new members will be circulated to clubs prior to being appointed by
