2019 Western Australian of the Year
Nominations for the 2019 Western Australian of the Year. There are seven award categories – Aboriginal, Arts & Culture, Business, Community, Professions, Sport and Youth. To make your nomination, simply go to the nominations page of http://waday.com/, select the relevant award category, enter the nomination form including why your nominee should win and their contribution to our community (max 200 words for each section) and submit your nomination.
Active Regional Communities Grants
Active Regional Communities (ARC) aims to increase the opportunities for regional people to participate in sporting and active recreational activities in regional Western Australia and is tailored to meet the ever changing demands and challenges of sport and active-recreation groups within the nine diverse regions of Western Australia. CSRFF Small Grants
The next round of CSRFF grants will open in February 2019. $2,500–$66,666 will be allocated to projects involving a basic level of planning. The total project cost for grant must not exceed $200,000. Grants given in this category must be claimed in the financial year following the date of approval. For projects with a grant request below $2,500 it is expected that the applicant should be able to fully fund these.
