Expressions of interest
Seeking interested person/s to make a valuable contribution towards the development of our sport. Panels will consist of up to six (6) members, or a number chosen and agreed to by the MWA Board of Directors. Appointment will be for a period of 2 year and confirmed by MWA Board of Directors
MWA would like suitably experienced individuals to express their interest to join the Sporting and/or Officials Advisory Panel, as an advisory group to assist in developing the growth and future direction the sport.
MWA encourage both female and male to nominate for all panels, we especially encourage men to nominate for the MWA Women’s Committee as a diverse group can bring new perspective to the panel.
Outcomes in which this cohesive and functional group will work towards will include (but are not limited) to the following areas:
- Contribute to Championship & (supp) Regulation development/review. (Sporting Panels)
- Contribute to developing and mentoring officials (OAP)
- Assistance with the Complaints/Appeals Process as subject matter experts when required.
- Have the entirety of discipline and the sport as a priority interest.
