Northam District Motorcycle Club Inc Committee, Life Members and Members would like to welcome all riders, volunteers and support crews to Round 4 of the 2025 WA Make Smoking History MX & ATV State Championship. Please read the Championship Regulations found on the MWA website or contact them directly for any inquiries. Rider indemnity information will be available at sign-on. Entry acceptance is conditional upon the rider or crew acknowledging that they are responsible for understanding the event requirements and raising any concerns with the Clerk of Course.
Please refrain from smoking inside the venue during the event. NO PIT BIKES, E-BIKES, PUSH BIKES, SCOOTERS OR MOTORISED VEHICLES

Winner of each moto will be interviewed at the pit return chute. Top 3 riders overall will be interviewed at the end of the day during impound

Venue Rules
Entry to this event is conditional upon the rider and or crew understanding the rules and requirements of this event.
It is the responsibility of all entrants to raise any concerns with the Clerks of Course.
Small contained camp fires are permitted overnight, but must be extinguished during daylight hours and kept away from fuel sources
No Pit bikes, Surrons, e-scooters are to be ridden in the venue
No Animals are allowed in the venue – guide dogs and assistance animals with valid certification exempted – must be kept on lead or restrained at all times
No alcohol is to be consumed in the Pits during competition hours
CLOSED IN SHOES TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES IN THE PITS.
Tear-Offs are NOT permitted at Northam DMCC
Track is open for inspection between 6am-7am Saturday and Sunday. Please be advised that machinery may be on the track.
Pits
When setting up your pit area, please follow the instructions provided by the club and show respect to others. All teams and riders must pit in their assigned positions as directed by the event officials. Be mindful of others when arranging your pit area to avoid blocking roads or footpaths. Competition bikes are allowed in the pit area, but riders must wear helmets and keep the bikes at a walking pace. Only one person is allowed per bike, and pillions are not permitted. Riders are not permitted to ride their bikes from the pits to the club rooms at any time.
Technical Inspection
PLEASE HAVE YOUR LICENCE READY ALONG WITH YOUR COMPLETED ONLINE SELF-SCRUTINEER FORM.
(PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FILL OUT THE VIN NUMBER) YOUR SCRUTINEER FORM WILL BE CHECKED BEFORE YOU SIGN ON.
All competitors will need to have completed the online self-scrutineering form prior to seeing the Chief Technical Officer Ryan Buckley at sign on, QR code below.
- All fields must be completed.
- Please ensure that VIN numbers are correct, made-up VIN numbers will be rejected, and you will be required to correct them.
- A separate form is required for each machine you intend to use for this event – Includes Race and Spare Machines.
- Stark Varg competitors are required to present your machine and phone to the scrutineer for locking into Race Mode with the correct power output for the class entered.
ONCE YOUR HAVE BEEN SEEN BY THE TECHNICAL OFFICER YOU WILL THEN PROGRESS TO SIGN ON AND TRANSPONDER PICK UP. SCAN QR CODE FOR SCRUTINEER FORM.
Important Safety & Conduct Information
- NO access to the track at any time, other than specified (between 6-7am) as machinery may be operating. Riders and crew are responsible for their own safety.
- No dogs allowed on-site. Assistance dogs must have valid certification.
- Zero tolerance for antisocial, drug-affected, or aggressive behaviour. Offenders and their rider or crew will be removed from the venue.
- In case of emergency, call 000.
- Muster Point is located outside the main track gates.
