In accordance with the Constitution of Motorcycling Western Australia Inc, the MWA Board hereby gives notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and issues a formal call for nominations for four (4) Elected Director positions.

Time: 7:00pm.

Location: MWA Office 8/7 Montgomery Way, Malaga, WA, 6090

Attendance: Each affiliated club may appoint up to two (2) delegates to the General Council. Attendance may be in person or via video link. (provided at a later date).
Call for Nominations: Elected Directors
We are seeking committed individuals to fill the following vacancies created by recent resignations and standard rotations:

Four (4) positions: Full 3-year terms
Nominee Requirements:

Must be a current member of MWA at the time of nomination and throughout the term.

Must not hold a position as President, Vice-President, or Delegate of an affiliated club while serving on the Board.

Must commit to the “Best-for-Motorcycling” principle.

Must declare any potential conflicts of interest or duty.
Action Required by Your Club

Distribute the attached Nomination Form and Candidate Guide to your members.

Submit Completed Nominations to the MWA CEO no later than 5:00pm, 29 March 2026.

Propose Agenda Items: If your club wishes to propose a motion or agenda item for the AGM, it must be submitted in writing to the CEO by 29 March 2026 (4 weeks prior to the meeting).
Important Note on Voting: Only one nominated club delegate who attends the meeting may vote on behalf of your club. Please ensure your club debt is cleared to maintain voting eligibility. Proxies are only permitted for Ballot voting.
