The MWA Learn To Ride Program is designed to remove one of the biggest hurdles we have when trying to encourage new riders into recreational motorcycle activities hosted by MWA affiliated clubs.
With MWA being able to provide a rider training experience by an accredited coach, with all equipment supplied for only a minimal charge of $120. Being able to open a new pathway for participants to enter through.
Five Star Yamaha have offered to supply a range of entry level motorcycles for Motorcycling Western Australia to run the program that would suit a wide age range from 4-17 enabling the program to cater for children through to young adults.
Other equipment required to run this program would be body armor, helmets and gloves. Clothing can be supplied by the participants in the way of long pants, long sleeve shirts and boots.
The initial dates will run in conjunction with the MINIX program at Lightweight MC, WA Junior MC and Wanneroo MC. This gives participants from North and South of the river a location reasonably close to the metro area, enabling them to experience all of what W.A clubs have to offer. If required, additional dates and venues can be arranged. So if you want to learn how to ride but don’t have a bike, join us today!
