With a heightened focus surrounding Public Liability Personal Accident Insurance cover, referring to the Medical Suspension guidelines, it is MANDATORY for the Key Official, who oversees the competition or non-competition events to SMS any serious injuries to the injury text number 0400 476 686 with the following details;
Please note this is a MANDATORY directive:

- Rider/participant Name
- Ridernet ID (if available):
- Event – (i.e. Round 2 State XX C/Ship or xxxx Club event
- Permit Number
- Nature of injury, if possible, i.e. – Suspected Collarbone, Wrist injury, Spinal Injury etc
- Rider suspected of Concussion – (or noted as having passed Concussed assessment)
Please also include mode of transport i.e.
- ambulance,
- private vehicle
- helicopter
A text message must be sent to the dedicated injury text number (number supplied below) it is preferred the SMS be sent the first opportunity possible during the event, but if that is not possible, injury text must be received no later than the Monday morning following the event.
